We are blessed with compassion as we strive to care for all beings affected by the COVID19 virus. We are given the blessing to open our hearts to giving and receiving care for our family, our friends, our neighbors, those who struggle to make decisions that take heavy discernment regarding protecting our school children, worshipers, sports enthusiasts, workers.
May we live each day into caring by giving and receiving help where it is needed.
May all that is unloved in you, blossom into a future,
Graced with love.
This morning as “the practice of the presence of God” by Brother Lawrence was in my awareness, I realized that I feel like I’m a bad person when I binge. This was the first time I acknowledged this truth. When I sat in the chair to do my morning meditations, I picked up the petite copy of Brother Lawrence’s writings that rests on the table beside my place of meditation. Nestled in that book were a few small papers on which I had written other inspirations I have received. This blessing was there.
This blog will be a way for me to express and explore with others insights, inspirations and inquiries that arise as I journey down this path of spiritual awakening. I hope you join me from time-to-time. Trish
